Calen Knauf, the Canadian industrial designer from Reigning Champ presents Home Court, a classic arcade basketball game that's made for the home. Made of raw materials he has turned the game into an interactive work of art. Using wood, metal and glass, the game play creates sounds that mimic playing on a classic hardwood court. The glass is tempered and supports the wood backboard and ball return surfaces.
The whole unit sits on rubberized wheels making it easy to position and the ppowder-coated steel rim is finished with a hand-knotted cotton and silk nets.
The lines are clean and seamless across the design lines and there's a generous amount of space for ten mini game balls when not in use. The Home Court unit is a made-to-order and you can enjoy white glove installation if you're in Canada or the USA.
