The Author Clock tells time by showing literary quotes of hand-picked passage for each minute of the day. There's a library of over 13,000 literary quotes that span seven centuries and six continents and each of those snippets references the time at that very moment.
The Volume 2 rests on a removable brass base to allow for wall mounting and it's readable from across a room thanks to its non-illuminated, paper-like display.
The Volume 1 has a smaller footprint and is limited to being placed on a desk.
